I’ll be turning 30 this week, and I have the metabolism to prove it! I would love to blame my additional pounds on pregnancy, but the truth is, some of this is self-inflicted fluff from all of my quarantine snacks! During maternity leave, I consciously allowed myself to relax, sleep, and eat as much as I wanted, and it felt GOOD! But the good days are over.

I’ve been starting my day 5:30 so that I can squeeze in a workout before Grayson awakes. I feel an overall shift in my energy, and it’s encouraged me to stick with my routine.  To further motivate me, I’ve partnered with Body Complete RX.

For the next 30 days, I will be using their meal replacement protein, organic appetite suppressant, metabolism, and energy booster. This, accompanied by a good diet and regular exercise, should be just the reset my body needs.
